DARREN TIBBITS

Full-on word nerd, conceptual pugilist and pull tab savant. Award-winning filmmaker and creative for brands including Subaru, Harley-Davidson, Best Buy, Sherwin-Williams, and Target. Midwestern born and raised, so bluntness is genetic. Globally and culturally curious. Absorbed 25+ years in advertising
without it affecting his youthful spirit. Writes and directs films when
he can, while enjoying life with his wife Brooke, two sons, three
dogs and Aston Villa FC.

JORDAN ROHWEDER
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, ART DIRECTOR

Visual punk rocker who spends too much time analyzing album covers
and MN Twins stats. An agency veteran who has worked all over the country
and intends on seeing every Major League baseball stadium before
he dies. When not crunching pixels you can typically find me at the bowling
alley or a local punk rock show.

THE RISE OF ADVERTISING REBELS

We see the era of the traditional advertising agency nearing an end. The lumbering and overpriced model with its multi-tiered offices filled with redundancy are hamstrung with inflated overhead and partner boards. What works for one client may not be the best solution for another.

So we created an agency that works for everyone. One that uses its resources wisely while driving success. A scalable, agile company that puts creative campaigns and client satisfaction on the same award shelf. An advertising anti-hero adeptly taking on any marketing project and going at it full-tilt.
